About the engagement:
Green Light is partnering up with a leading company to engage ServiceNow Consultant with active NV1 security clearance to lead the implementation and optimisation of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module within the SPP ServiceNow environment. This role is focused on forward-facing development—not backlog cleanup—and will play a critical part in designing, auditing, and enhancing workflows and forms for a secure federal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the HR module in ServiceNow within a secure environment
• Conduct audit and optimisation of existing workflows and forms, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Provide strategic advice and hands-on expertise for continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
• Manage service enhancements, module updates, and platform maintenance in alignment with business needs
• Offer technical guidance and resources to support new or evolving business requirements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure optimal configuration and adoption of the HR module
• Ensure compliance with government standards and security protocols throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD module implementation and workflow design
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integration capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to review and optimise forms, workflows, and configurations
• Experience supporting platform improvements and module upgrades
• Ability to work in complex, secure environments with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• Active NV1 security clearance (mandatory)
