Clinical Educator, Learning and Development – Aged Care, Multi-Site Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator with a proven track record in delivering clinical education and training, combining practical expertise with a strong commitment to fostering staff development, bringing both practical insight and a passion for developing and educating others.

About the Role:
Working across several facilities, you will:

Deliver structured and ad hoc clinical training aligned with best practices and accreditation standards

Support, mentor, and upskill staff, including new graduates and clinical care teams

Lead the rollout of education initiatives across sites, tailoring content to each facility’s needs

Collaborate with Facility Managers and Clinical Care Coordinators to identify training needs and drive continuous improvement

Assist with onboarding, competency assessments, and ongoing clinical capability building

Contribute to exciting upcoming projects, including the development and delivery of tailored training to support internationally recruited staff in adapting to Australian aged care standards and practices

About You:

AHPRA Registered Nurse with a strong background in residential aged care

Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable but not essential)

Previous experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator or in a similar leadership role in residential aged care

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing education and training programs

A confident facilitator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel across multiple sites as part of a supportive and collaborative team
