We currently operate from 4 offices in Sydney, proudly serving the vibrant communities of Wentworth Point, Macquarie Park, Zetland, and St Leonards, as well as surrounding suburbs.

About the Role
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to elevate our community engagement and brand presence. You’ll work closely with our sales directors, agents, and marketing manager to deliver strategic and engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Create and manage content across video, graphics, and editorial formats

Produce engaging content for multiple social media platforms

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and social media community activities

Organise and coordinate events that build local business and community relationships

About You

Bilingual: Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)

Skilled in video editing and graphic design

Strong understanding of both Chinese and international social media platforms:

WeChat, Red Book (Xiaohongshu), Douyin, Experience with Red Book is a plus

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

Background in marketing, communications, design, or digital content

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

Highly organised with strong communication and time management skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player

Having a valid driver’s license and ability to drive is an advantage
