Operational Support Officer

Position Details

  • Part-Time, Maximum Term Contract until 31 December 2025 (0.6 FTE)
  • Classification: SCHADS Level 2 with a salary range of: $66,077 - $72,124; per annum pro rata + Superannuation
  • Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year
  • Location: Hendon, SA, however remote or hybrid working arrangements will be considered

About your new role

The Operational Support Officer is a key member of the team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality consumer services. This role ensures that program staff receive flexible and responsive administrative support to meet their needs. Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations (SMO), the position supports the sub-stream and the managers with administrative, reporting, data and operational requirements.

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience in providing administrative support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to organise and prioritise work tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

What the role requires

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check(police check) - disclosable outcomes considered
  • Current Working with Children Check - required before commencement of work
  • Australian working rights
