WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and deliver major projects across the private and public sectors.
• Work closely with clients on complex, high-profile developments that help shape thriving communities.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team of planners, project managers, communication experts and broader consultant teams.
• Contribute to the success of a business that’s taking market share and breaking new ground year on year.

DUTIES

1. Independent management and cost-effective completion of a range of Planning projects, encompassing:

• Preparation of Development Applications.
• Assessment of Development Applications (as an independent consultant to Local, State and Federal Government agencies).
• Preparation of relevant studies for both public sector and institutional clients.
• Research projects for public and private sector clients related to social, economic and planning policy issues.
• Supervision of both junior and contract staff engaged in planning work;
• Developing our existing client base, together with identifying and sourcing new work opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

• 4+ years experience in a similar role
• Bachelors degree in Town Planning or similar
• An experienced Town Planner with a strong track record across major urban or infrastructure projects.
• Career-driven and looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding consultancy.
• Confident working with stakeholders across all levels, with exceptional project delivery skills.
