What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver expert town planning advice across a range of urban and regional developments

Lead Development Applications, prepare planning reports, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams

Build strong relationships with local authorities, clients, and consultants

Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal process improvements

Take an active role in business development and client management

What We’re Looking For:

Degree-qualified Town Planner with 3+ years of experience in the private or public sector

Excellent working knowledge of Queensland planning legislation

Proven ability to manage projects independently from feasibility to approval

Confident communicator and strategic thinker

Desire to contribute to a team-oriented, high-performance culture
