What You’ll Be Doing

· Partner with clients across sectors to provide practical WHS advice

· Conduct site visits, audits, risk assessments and investigations

· Help clients simplify compliance and build effective safety systems

· Provide effective training and toolbox talks

· Support clients with systems, policies, and procedures

· Become a trusted WHS voice—offering clarity, confidence, and calm

What We’re Looking For

· A qualified WHS professional (Cert IV minimum) with at least 2 years’ experience

· Someone who communicates with empathy, authority, and practical wisdom

· Experience across industries like construction, manufacturing, or mining is a bonus

· A full driver’s license and willingness to hit the road regularly

· Someone who wants to be part of a people-first, values-led team
