We're currently on the look out for 2x Project Managers for a couple projects - one in the cusp of the CBD and the other in the northern suburbs.

Known for their expertise, quality, and dependability, they have successfully delivered a wide range of large-scale projects across industries such as commercial, retail, hospitality, and government infrastructure up to $200mil.

• Projects between $20m - $200m

THE ROLE

• Managing the construction process from inception to completion.
• Manage the delivery team, program, contracts administration team, financial reporting and budgeting throughout the project.
• Lead Safety meetings on site and coach team members on safe practices
• Enhance the construction process with your building knowledge and guide others around you
• Be accountable for Quality Control, Safety Management and OHS&E procedures at all times.

YOU

• Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline OR trade background (with necessary recent experience)
• Experience in Building & Construction Management of multiple projects over $15mil in value
• Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly favoured, though not essential.
• Experience working in high pressure situations within large teams.
