360 Personnel are currently seeking reliable and experienced General Solid Waste (GSW) Crew Leader to join our team in Wetherill Park.

The role of the GSW Crew Leader is to assist the Production manager with work allocation and coordination of production workers to the GSW yard for the purpose of achieving efficient production and compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards. Knowledge of material identification, stockpile and raw feed management as well as understanding the correct utilization of plant and equipment is essential. The preferred candidate will have strong experience in stockpile management, civils works, and on-site materials planning and coordination.

The ability to communicate professionally with all workers, including suppliers, is essential as is a positive attitude towards teamwork. Proven problem-solving techniques in relation to operational issues on the ground and understanding of when to escalate to the Production Manager for guidance and support.

The crew leader is required to oversee the efficient flow of work at the GSW yard while providing coaching and training to employees in their area of responsibility.

Tickets and competencies expected to operate are Excavator, Loader and Watercart and completed Asbestos Awareness training is preferred not mandatory.
