In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee daily clinical operations in the treatment room, support fellow nurses and healthcare professionals, and ensure patients receive exceptional care in a well-organised and compliant environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver a variety of clinical services including wound care, vaccinations, ECGs, health assessments, and assisting GPs with procedures.

Be the go-to person for infection control, cold chain management, and equipment sterilisation.

Mentor and support onboarding nurses and assist with staff scheduling and training.

Maintain stock levels, complete routine audits, and ensure treatment spaces are tidy and compliant.

Promote a safe workplace by following WHS procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents.

What We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse qualification with AHPRA registration.

Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical nursing (preferably in primary health or community care).

Proven ability to lead, mentor and support nursing teams.

Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organisational skills.

Confidence working independently while collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.

You'll Stand Out If You Have:

Experience supporting junior nurses or leading a clinical team.

Knowledge of health assessments, care plans, and treatment room compliance.

Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable but not essential).
