Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for your next challenge?

Join our team at B&S Engineering in Cheltenham. We're a precision machining company with a reputation for quality, and we're on the lookout for someone who's confident with CNC machines and takes pride in their work.

This is a full-time role where you'll work on a range of CNC lathes and 3, 4 & 5 Axis Machining Centres, producing high-quality components for industries like food packaging, automotive, aerospace, and mining.

What You'll Be Doing

Running a variety of CNC machines (lathes and multi-axis machining centres)

Reading technical drawings and job specs

Setting up, programming, and machining components to tight tolerances

Performing quality checks and adjusting setups when needed

Keeping machines and tools running smoothly

Working closely with our engineering team to improve processes

Playing your part in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive workshop

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years' experience as a CNC Machinist

Confident with machine setup, programming, and operation

Good problem-solving skills and mechanical know-how

Able to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings

Someone who values accuracy, safety, and producing top-notch work

Relevant trade qualification – Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade)

Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and G-code programming

Must have Australian work rights or permanent residency
