The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to play a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable operations across the production facility. This hands-on role focuses on both preventative and breakdown maintenance, working closely with operations to keep things running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Support reliability and condition monitoring initiatives
• Document maintenance tasks via CMMS
• Collaborate with production teams to maximise equipment uptime

About You
You’re a team player who takes pride in your work, with a strong mechanical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You thrive in a safety-first culture and enjoy contributing to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade
• Solid experience in FMCG or industrial manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
