Pacific Hoseflex has an immediate start opportunity for an Internal Sales - Estimator (Fluid Transfer) to join our well-established company.

We supply hoses to the CS Gas companies here in Queensland, as well as Space, Defence, Food and Beverage and many companies around the world.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales - Estimator to join our Sales team at our Burleigh Heads Branch.

This is a full time position at Burleigh Heads on the sunny Gold Coast.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Working closely with the Sales Team, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensure accuracy of quotations as well as best price, stock availability and deadlines.

Provide technical information and other support for quotations as directed.

Price and Coordinate submission of tenders in consultation with Key Account Managers.

Provide intelligence and feedback from quotation follow ups and inform Key Account Managers.

Customer enquiries are answered promptly and account management practices followed.

Promote sales of PHF products to all customers or potential customers.

Tender process is followed and recorded in compnay system for follow up.

New client leads and intelligence is passed on to Key Account Managers.

Regular attendance and participation in Estimation/Sales Team toolbox meetings.

Information collected for new customers and suppliers and entered into BMS.

Maintain and build customer relationships.

Ensure regular updating of client and customer database.

About You

As the successful candidate, you will have:

Experience within a self-managed Sales team or an administration environment

Highly developed customer contact relationship building skills

Proven experience in phone, internet and email sales

Strong Computer Skills

Reliable transport and driver’s licence

Strong literacy and numeracy skills

Ability to use a sales and stock management software platforms

Ability to deal with growth and change

Desirable:

Previous experience in the hydraulic and industrial hose industry would be highly desirable
