About the role

Due to ongoing growth in our business we are seeking an Internal Salesperson with a positive attitude to join our busy National Sales Team - working out of our head office based at Bundamba Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for

Qualifying and quoting customers via phone and email sales inquiries and walk-ins

Developing relationships with new and existing customers

Providing product information and support to customers (training will be provided)

Processing of sales orders, invoices, quotations and purchase orders

Building relationships with customers based on honesty, capability, and great communication

Answering and dealing effectively with telephone and email inquiries requesting quotations for products

Quantifying and quoting all opportunities including ensuring CRM is kept up to date

Provide product support for customers where required

Liaising directly with Production personnel and customers to efficiently answer general inquiries concerning deliveries and production

Liaise daily with colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist

Proactively ensure personal competency in the operation of the company’s computer/IT systems to enable access to customer information and input sales orders as required

Follow all Work Health and Safety policies, procedures and work instructions, safe work method statements, and risk assessments

Perform other duties as required and directed by the management team

You must

Have attention to detail

Hold a Current Drivers Licence

Have basic to intermediate level of computer skills.

Be able to organize and analyze information with attention to detail.
