SALARY PACKAGE + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to become part of our dynamic team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Development: Identify potential clients and cultivate relationships with them.
Client Relationship Management: Foster connections with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work alongside recruitment and operations teams to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and changes in labor laws that may impact our business operations.
Market Feedback: Provide management with insights on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to assess their labor needs and deliver appropriate staffing solutions.
Sales Documentation: Maintain precise records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Client Support: Address inquiries and concerns from clients while delivering exceptional service.
Internal Support: Assist internal departments in ensuring efficient sales processes, resolving client issues, and achieving sales targets.
Tender Management: Monitor tender portals (including government and private procurement sites) for opportunities.
Assess tender specifications, deadlines, and eligibility criteria.
Collaborate with clients to prepare pricing proposals and compliance documents.
Ensure timely submission of compliant tenders; respond promptly to Requests for Information (RFIs) or any tender updates or clarifications.
Track the status of tenders throughout the process; engage with procurement teams regarding evaluation progress; participate in negotiation meetings if shortlisted.
Sales Calendar Maintenance: Keep an organized sales calendar diary for scheduling purposes.
Business Development Focus:
Expand the company’s client base while actively seeking new opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
A minimum of five years' experience in sales within the construction industry is required.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
Strong understanding of market sectors is necessary.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professional values is critical.
Customer-focused improvement principles should guide your approach.
Proven ability to foster relationships is indispensable.
