We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, quoting, and timelines, ensuring each project is delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes, estimates, and cost breakdowns
• Lead project scheduling, ordering materials, and managing project tasks via EstimateOne
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to deliver top-quality results
• Oversee a team of estimators, providing guidance and leadership
• Interpret and review project drawings and specifications
• Ensure projects adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues promptly

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in Project Management or Estimating (preferably in joinery, carpentry, or construction)
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proven ability to estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Experience with job scheduling and material procurement
• Familiarity with EstimateOne or similar project management tools
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to interpret drawings and project specifications
• Construction White Card and current driver’s license
