As a Project Coordinator within the construction arm, you’ll support active build projects from planning through to completion.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing project documentation, timelines, and coordination
• Communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Providing high-level customer service throughout all project phases
• Supporting Project Managers with daily administrative needs
• Handling Microsoft Outlook scheduling and correspondence
• Ensuring smooth delivery across multiple project stages

Must Haves

• 2 + years experience in customer service or administration
• 1 + years exposure to the construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general office systems
• Full-time availability – 5 days in office
