About the role

Work on high-profile, technical projects with an industry-leading team committed to excellence. We are seeking concreters with experience in formwork, pouring and finishing concrete for slabs, footings, kerb & channel and drainage works. This full-time role involves working on bespoke concrete projects requiring precision and craftmanship.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and pour concrete foundations, slabs, and other structures according to project specifications

Perform concrete finishing and smoothing tasks to ensure a professional finish

Operate and maintain concrete equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Contribute to ongoing process improvements and efficiency initiatives

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Concreter, preferably in a civil construction environment

Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Proficient in the use of concrete equipment and tools, including mixers, vibrators, and screeds

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work safely and adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures

Relevant qualifications or certifications in concrete work or construction
