About the role

Earthtech Excavations is seeking a skilled and experienced concrete labourer to join our dynamic team based in Bacchus Marsh, VIC. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our well-established construction company.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete on construction jobs

Preparing and cleaning work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work site

Collaborating with the wider construction team to ensure project deadlines are met

Undertaking general labouring duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a concrete labourer or in a similar construction role

Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Current construction industry certifications or licenses (desirable) HR, LS, LE

Strong OHS under standing

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing job site conditions
