This permanent role includes:

Follow direction, advice and leadership from your crew leader daily

Continuously practice your skills in the craft

Assisting in concrete placement and the strip process

General labouring duties

Tidy up site before the end of each day

Maintain and look after tools, equipment and vehicles

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Australian Work Visa/ Residency/ Citizenship. You will also need the following:

Current full driver’s licence for Australia

Experience working as a team player that contributes to positive work culture

Proven reliability and punctual attendance at work.

We are a highly regarded concreting company based in Carrum Downs. We service bayside area, south east suburbs and also into the central suburbs of Melbourne. We pride ourselves on quality and delivering a service no other concrete company can. Since starting in 2017 we have built a selection of builders by giving them A1 quality slabs time and time again. We offer earthworks, Formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement. Phantom Slabs specialise in custom home foundations in the form of raft and waffle slabs to basements and suspended decks. Being a young energetic team, we look to add a Concrete Labourer to keep up with the ever growing workload.
