One Centre Square is looking for an enthusiastic applicant to join our boutique medical practice. The position available is for a permanent part time and casual role.

Duties include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Welcoming and Greeting patients
• Booking and changing appointments
• Data-entry of patient information
• Billing, receiving payments & issuing tax invoice/receipts
• Assisting with general administration/office duties
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and the doctors
• Providing nursing support as required and observe the waiting room

The successful candidate must possess the following:

• Good rapport
• Sensitivity and empathetic
• Strong customer service skills
• Good computer experience and skill
• A dynamic and positive personality
• The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Effective and efficient communication skills (on phone, face to face and in writing).
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Previous Medical administration and Div 2 nursing experience,
• Must Have Experience with Best Practice Software or Previous Medical Reception Experience.

Working Hours

Medical Clinic hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 12.00pm on Saturdays. You will be required to work for 2 to 3 days per week. Specific rostered hours are negotiable. Remuneration is negotiable, dependent upon work experience and capability.
