Nick Evans Talent Management is opening up expressions of interest for a qualified and experienced Head Coach & Academy Manager role for a new site in Gosford NSW - commencing July 2025.

We are seeking a dynamic Head Coach and Academy Manager to lead and elevate our new academy to new levels of excellence. This dual-role position requires a high-energy individual with a growth mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and passion for both player development and operational success.

Experience in High Performance coaching as well as site and program management is essential for this role, as well as independence, self sufficiency, and a pro active attitude.

The coach must be reliable, enthusiastic, willing to learn and grow and motivated to build and grow relationships with all students, parents and stakeholders.

Strong sales and administrative skills are also required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience leading a team and running a successful tennis venue.

Strong work ethic and willingness to work the hours required to ensure a successful venue.

Proven experience in coaching and mentoring elite high performance junior athletes, including a strong knowledge of the Australian Junior Tour and the ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors.

Strong leadership qualities, organisational & administration skills.

A team player, an authentic leader, and gets along well with others.

Wishes to continue to provide high-level coaching programs and private lessons.

Must be a Tennis Australia coach member & have a current Working with Children Check, Police Check and First Aid certification.

Must have full working rights in Australia.

Hours of Work:

38 hours per week, Monday - Saturday, with overtime pay.

The coach must be reliable, enthusiastic, willing to learn and grow and motivated to build and grow relationships with all students, parents and stakeholders.

Remuneration:

Negotiable based on experience + sign on bonus, completion bonus and KPI bonus available.
