To do that, we’re looking for a Head of Coach Development — someone who’s walked the path, trained elite coaches, and can now build the internal coaching academy we need to scale with excellence.

🔧 The Role

You’ll be the architect of coaching mastery at UpScale. That means:

Designing and delivering a best-in-class onboarding program

Running weekly coach training sessions (live + on-demand)

Reviewing coaching calls and delivering sharp, actionable feedback

Building playbooks, frameworks, cheat sheets, and training tools

Managing coach performance scorecards and capability rubrics

Lifting the bar, building the culture, and future-proofing our coach team

You’ve coached business owners — and done it well

You’ve trained or led coaching teams (bonus if in Business Coaching)

You’re obsessed with frameworks, accountability, and execution

You know how to lead with heart, but give hard truths too
