About the Role

We are seeking experienced and professional Football Coaches to join our growing team in Sydney. This role involves delivering structured football sessions to primary and secondary school students during school hours and elite academy players before or after school.

You will be working alongside a passionate team with the opportunity to progress into head coaching or management roles.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high energy football sessions at schools and academy locations

Follow and contribute to session plans, development frameworks, and progression systems

Track player development and provide feedback to parents and program managers

Assist with camps, trials, and international pathway initiatives when required

Represent the academy with professionalism and integrity at all times

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ coaching experience (academy, club, school or professional setting)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work with children aged 5–17 in structured environments

Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain

First Aid & CPR (preferred)

Ability to work early mornings and/or afternoons

Desirable (but not essential)

AFC/UEFA C,B or A Licence

Experience coaching in schools or international academies

Multilingual or culturally diverse background

Valid Australian working rights or eligible for sponsorship
