Director / Nominated Supervisor – Creative Kids @ Bargara

Position Type: Full-Time (Salary-based)

Creative Kids @ Bargara is looking for a passionate, experienced, and dedicated individual to join our leadership team as the Director / Nominated Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education, with a strong background in leadership, compliance, and team management.

As the Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Centre, overseeing daily operations, and supporting a team of educators in delivering quality care and education. You will also work closely with families, ensuring their satisfaction and providing a welcoming and nurturing environment for the children.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Centre.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs that meet the National Quality Standards.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated educators.

Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards, including health and safety.

Build strong relationships with families and the broader community.

Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in line with Centre policies and procedures.

Manage staff rosters, performance, and professional development.

Skills & Qualifications:

A Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Current First Aid and CPR Certification.

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within early childhood education.

Knowledge and experience with the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive work environment.
