With projects ranging from $1mil – $10mil across sectors like defence, aged care, government, rail, and education, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager – or a capable Foreman ready to step up – to take the lead on technically challenging and detail-focused builds.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the day-to-day site operations on refurbishment and brownfield builds valued $1mil – $10mil
• Managing subcontractors, program, and safety to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Working across diverse sectors – defence, aged care, education, government, and commercial
• Ensuring quality and detail are maintained to architectural standards
• Delivering projects within 1 hour of Brisbane (no FIFO or interstate travel)

What You Bring:

• Experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on commercial refurb or fit out projects
• Trade background (preferred)
• Drive to grow professionally
