We’re on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Retail Store Assistant who can hit the ground running. No prior pool industry experience is necessary – we’ll provide all the training you need. If you're confident working independently, love providing great customer service, and thrive in an organised retail environment, we want to hear from you.

Direct Pool Supplies is the largest non-franchised Pool Supplies business in Australia, growing rapidly from Canberra to Cairns.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years retail experience (essential)

Proven ability to work unsupervised and manage time efficiently

Confident using Lightspeed Point of Sale system (or similar)

Experience in conducting Stocktakes and maintaining inventory accuracy

Experience in setting up retail displays and maintaining visual appeal

Basic Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite

A current car licence is essential (some travel between store locations may be required)

Forklift licence would be a benefit, but not a necessity

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with product enquiries and sales

Operating the Lightspeed POS system accurately and efficiently

Maintaining stock levels, receiving deliveries, and conducting regular stocktakes

Keeping the store clean, organised, and visually appealing

Supporting the team and stepping up when needed
