We're Looking For

- Prior experience as a High performing Car Salesman or Business Manager or F&I specialist in automotive retail
- A solid understanding of lender platforms, compliance, and end-to-end finance deal structuring
- A polished and approachable style – you’re a communicator and a closer
- We’re also open to training high-performing sales professionals ready to step up into a Business Manager role
- Someone who’s driven, self-aware, and knows how to channel ego into elite performance
