Job tasks and responsibilities

Representing Sunshine Coast Mazda as a Finance and Insurance Business Manager, the role encompasses premium levels of customer satisfaction while providing high quality finance and insurance services to our new vehicle and used vehicle customers.

Build relationships with customers to provide products that suit their needs

Prepare and submit finance applications to financiers

Liaise with our lenders and insurance providers

Work closely with our sales team in following our sales process

Prepare and submit finance applications to financiers

Responsible for finalisation of each deal and collecting all funds

Maintain internal logs

Provide a level of service to our customers that makes their experience enjoyable, easy for them to transact, and exceed all their expectations.

Skills and experience

Excellent communication and time management skills

Strong work ethic with ability to be self motivated and work autonomously

Proven track record in providing outstanding customer service

Supportive and kind nature with ability to work in a team environment

Experience in finance and insurance sales or automotive sales

Automotive and ERA/Pentana experience advantageous

Ability to gain financial accreditation with lenders
