PRIVATE CHEF & HOUSEKEEPER – FULL TIME

Location: Noosa area, Sunshine Coast (Live-Out)

Schedule: 5 days per week, flexibility with hours required

We are seeking a professional, efficient and nurturing Private Chef / Housekeeper to join our busy family full-time. This role requires a strong work ethic, a passion for plant-based, health-conscious cooking, exceptional organisational skills, and a love for children and family life.

ABOUT US

We are an adventurous, ocean-loving family with two young, homeschooled, screen-free children, and we run a wellness business from home. Since 2015, we’ve been living a Medical Medium lifestyle and have experienced profound healing. While the mother has come a long way, she still manages chronic fatigue and is seeking reliable support to continue healing and stay energised for parenting, homeschooling and running the business.

Our home is chemical-free, low-tox and we live a conscious, awake and health-focused lifestyle, grounded in gentle, responsive, respectful parenting. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being of service, values family life, and finds fulfilment in caring for others with warmth and integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Chef Duties (primary focus)

• Plan and prepare daily wholefood, low-fat, plant-based, gluten-free meals and snacks in line with Medical Medium protocols.

• Adapt recipes creatively; develop new meals that balance flavour and nutrition.

• Prepare salads, juices, smoothies and baking tasks.

• Maintain a well-organised, hygienic, tidy and efficient kitchen.

Household Support

• Ensure daily cleanliness and organisation throughout the home.

• Laundry, linen changes, wardrobe organisation.

• Pantry/fridge restocking, errands, and general household provisioning.

• Decluttering and home organisation projects.

• Managing and unpacking deliveries, occasional ad hoc tasks.

Note: A cleaner takes care of the deep cleaning.

Childcare (as needed)

• Provide loving, respectful care when required.

• Follow our gentle, respectful, and peaceful parenting philosophy.

• Be present, playful, and attentive when engaging with the children.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Skills

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience as a chef/cook is essential.

• Passionate and experienced with plant-based cooking (Medical Medium knowledge essential).

• Confident in adapting meals and recipes to Medical Medium, have a flair for recipe / meal creation and know which flavours go with what - this is not a role for someone who only follows recipes.

• Proactive, tidy, loves to organise and beautify spaces.

• Efficient, highly organised, takes initiative with a meticulous eye for detail.

• Experience with children and private households preferred.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence and own car.

• Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, and Police Check.

• Non-smoker / non-vaper.

• Must be able to work in Australia (no sponsorship provided).

• We prioritise applicants who did not participate in recent mandated vaccination rollouts.

• Flexible with hours (5 days per week).
