Middle Park European is now open with a brand-new menu, and we’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team. With a rustic yet modern approach to European cuisine, we’re creating a warm and lively dining experience for both lunch and dinner service.

You will be joining a growing hospitality group that currently operates ten successful and well-established restaurants.

We’re after someone who:

Has experience in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen

Understands consistency, presentation, and flavour balance

Works well under pressure and contributes positively to a team

Is organised, clean, and committed to delivering top-tier dining experiences

Has a genuine passion for modern European cuisine and creativity on the plate

The Role:

Full-time, ideally starting within the next week

Work across both lunch and dinner services

Collaborate closely with the Head Chef on a fresh, seasonal menu

Be part of a ground-up kitchen in an exciting new venue with opportunities at multiple venues.

To be considered, you must have:

A permanent visa or full-time working rights in Australia

Relevant experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years preferred)
