About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Assistant to support lead generation and sales activity across Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a Business Development Manager and contribute to meaningful growth in the sector. We’re offering both temporary and permanent opportunities to join a national team focused on growing membership in the residential construction industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify and qualify new membership leads through research and outreach
• Build and maintain referral networks and industry connections
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential members
• Assist in preparing membership proposals and campaign materials
• Maintain CRM records and track KPIs
• Provide sales support and reporting to the Business Development team

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in lead generation, sales support or outbound calling
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency with CRMs and Microsoft Office
• Resilience, drive and a team-player attitude
• Industry experience in construction or associations (highly regarded)
