THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing leads across multiple products within the Arkance ANZ portfolio. Your focus will be on outbound prospecting, engaging prospective clients, and converting leads into opportunities that support sales and revenue growth.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Making 40–50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients
Following up promptly on leads from marketing, events, trials, and webinars
Nurturing leads and booking qualified meetings for the sales team
Building strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
Accurately recording all sales activities in the CRM
Staying up to date on Arkance’s product portfolio and industry trends
Representing Arkance professionally at events, both locally and interstate (as required)
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role
Proven success in phone-based sales (B2B experience highly regarded)
Comfortable making cold calls and achieving set call and conversion KPIs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
CRM experience and understanding of sales pipeline management
High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to learn about AEC industry technologies (experience in SaaS or AEC tech is a plus)
Ability to work efficiently in a remote/hybrid setup
