Chiropractic Assistant – Wellness-Focused Role | Approx. 20 Hours/Week

We're seeking a warm and proactive Chiropractic Assistant to become a key part of our growing clinic. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, values personal development, and wants to make a positive impact every day.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the first smiling face our patients see—and a vital part of their wellness journey.

Front Desk & Administrative Duties

Greet patients and manage their experience from check-in to check-out

Handle appointment bookings, payments, and clinic flow with efficiency

Answer calls and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth

Maintain accurate records and prepare patient documentation

Prioritise tasks and stay calm in a busy, fast-paced setting

Patient Liaison & Clinical Support

Guide new patients through their first visits

Assist with history taking, examinations, and progress reviews

Help educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness

Be a consistent and encouraging presence in their health journey

What We're Looking For

A genuine people-person with excellent communication skills

Positive, motivated, and eager to learn

Highly organised and able to multitask confidently

Passion for health and well-being

Previous healthcare or chiropractic experience is a plus (but not essential)

Willing to work flexible shifts and occasional Saturdays

Shift Details & entitlements:

We are offering approximately 20 hours per week across the following shifts:

Tuesday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Monday & Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7.00PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (with the occasional earlier or later finish time)

This position includes some Saturday shifts with weekend rates and requires flexibility to cover staff sick leave and holiday absences.
