The role:
You will lead a Critical Maintenance Program focused on modernising IT systems and infrastructure including a strategic initiative aimed at reducing technical risk & technical debt.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of a complex, business-critical IT maintenance and upgrade program.
• Drive the modernisation of core systems, infrastructure, and applications to align with evolving security and performance requirements.
• Ensure the IT environment is resilient, secure, and future-ready to support essential services during a high-demand period

Essential experience:

• Leading IT modernisation and maintenance programs including digital maturity.
• Public sector experience would be desirable but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, ERP, Salesforce, and associated service/operating models.
