Large Australian requires a Program Manager to deliver a deposits platform with multiple delivery streams. Strong deposits and banking background needed

You’ll orchestrate several intertwined projects—spanning customer journeys, digital channels, migration and reporting—to deliver a future-ready solution for retail and business customers.

Role

• Accountable for the scope, schedule, budget and resource model
• Coordinate multiple delivery streams (product, technology, operations, change) and keep them aligned to milestones
• Implement best-practice governance and steer executive and risk forums
• Management of RAID initiatives.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams of PMs, product owners and business analysts

What You Bring

• 10+ years leading complex banking or core-platform programs
• Demonstrated success landing large-scale change and comfortable being accountable for the finances of over $10m.
• Expertise in formal change/project frameworks and financial governance
• Board-level communication skills with the influence to align diverse stakeholders
• A coaching mindset that builds high-performing, engaged teams
