About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping smart search capabilities within a large-scale Digital Experience Platform. You will drive the development and optimisation of AI-enabled search solutions, improving content discoverability and tailoring user experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intelligent search solutions leveraging AI, ML, and NLP
• Lead the implementation of a generative AI proof of concept for smart search
• Use behavioural data to uncover insights and improve content relevanc
• Develop and fine-tune AI models to enhance search result accuracy and ranking
• Enhance the discoverability of digital content across internal and external platforms
• Define and track performance metrics to evaluate search effectiveness

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in AI-driven search technologies and digital platforms
• Strong capability in machine learning, NLP, and user experience analysis
• Familiarity with tools such as Coveo or similar smart search technologies
• Ability to interpret user behaviour and optimise content performance
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
