Are you a sharp, detail-driven eCommerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We're working with a well-known, purpose-led consumer brand to find a Technical eCommerce Specialist who can hit the ground running.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Digital Director and play a key part in managing the day-to-day technical execution of their online store - including campaign launches, quality control, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the backend technical delivery of the eComm platform (Shopify Plus)
• Ensure all campaigns go live smoothly - testing links, assets, and functionality
• Monitor conversion rates and performance data via Google Analytics (GA4)
• Manage app integrations (Klaviyo, Yotpo, loyalty, reviews etc.)
• Update and maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and merchandising content
• Support with HTML tweaks, UAT and issue resolution
• Deliver insights and improvements backed by data

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a technical eCommerce role within retail or D2C
• Strong platform knowledge: Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, GA4, Yotpo
• Comfortable with HTML, tagging, light coding, and QA processes
• Confident operating in a high-volume, high-visibility eComm team
• Motivated, focused, and able to work at pace
• Available for an ASAP start
