My client, a leader in the Australian education space, is currently seeking an experienced Change & Communications Manager to join them for an initial 10 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension.

The requirements:

· 5+ years experience as a Change & Communications Manager on large-scale transformations
· Experience in Contact Centre Technology/Telephony systems implementations such as (Amazon Connect, Genesys, CISCO)
· Proven experience effectively managing stakeholders on complex projects
· PROSCI certified
· Strong experience in JIRA & Confluence
