ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex system integrations. This is a critical role with visibility across Finance, Payroll and ERP workstreams, ideal for someone with a proven track record managing projects in high-pressure environments.

You’ll drive the delivery of key systems integrations including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Workforce Software (WFS) and SAP Concur. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, SI partners and internal teams to bring together enterprise platforms across Finance, HR and Client Management.

This role is offered as a contract engagement and can be based in Melbourne, with a highly flexible working style.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead integration projects across Payroll, Finance and Client systems;
• Manage delivery of SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA and Concur integrations;
• Oversee distressed or delayed project elements and get them back on track;
• Drive strong vendor and stakeholder engagement;
• Report into the Program Director and provide clear, structured updates;
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet milestones;

KEY REQUIREMENT

• Senior PM experience leading large, complex IT projects
• ERP implementation experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, WFS
• Deep knowledge of Finance and Payroll systems
• Battle-tested project leadership experience with distressed projects
• Strong track record managing SI partners and vendor relationships
• Prince2 or equivalent certification.
