About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant – Change Management to lead the execution of a large-scale strategic transformation program. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing People & Culture division within a major organisation and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering effective, people-centric change across the business.

What You’ll Do
✔ Lead day-to-day change management activities aligned to enterprise programs
✔ Design and deliver change strategies to ensure smooth business transitions
✔ Identify and manage stakeholder impacts, communications, and training
✔ Collaborate with Program Managers, SMEs, BAs, and other key stakeholders
✔ Provide leadership and expert advice across a major transformation initiative
✔ Influence senior leaders and support executive-level communications
✔ Contribute to the broader change community with your knowledge and insights

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years’ experience delivering large-scale change programs, ideally within financial services
• Advanced influencing, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
• Expertise in communication planning and delivery – particularly to executive stakeholders
• Familiarity with change methodologies, organisation design, process improvement & people transition
• Strong facilitation and consulting skills
• Experience with Workday or HR systems (highly regarded)
• Excellent PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Agile knowledge
• Relevant qualifications in Change Management or a related discipline (preferred)

Additional Details

• Flexibility to work 3+ days in the office (Melbourne CBD location)
• Must have Australian working rights
• Onboarding will include ID check, reference checks, police check and probity clearance
• Interviews within 1 week of application submission
