The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and take charge of sourcing and placing skilled carpenters across a variety of ongoing projects. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale by attracting top talent and ensuring we maintain our high standards on every site.

What You’ll Need

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction or trades

Strong understanding of the Sydney construction market

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Based in Sydney (essential for occasional site visits or client meetings)
