About the Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, coordinate the hiring process, and ensure a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to business needs
Source talent through job boards, social platforms, and referrals
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers
Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding processes
Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools
Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
Degree in HR, Business Administration or similar preferred
What We Offer
