WOW Recruitment is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team to create a desk within the Sales sector. WOW Recruitment is an award-winning agency specialising in Executive, Sales, Marketing, Events, Digital, Contact Centre, and Business Support. - Salary: $75-85K + Super + Uncapped Comms
- Location: Town Hall, Sydney CBD

About the Role:
- Candidate Champion: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, motivations, and cultural fit, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their journey.
- Client Partner: Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique sales hiring needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.
- Market Expert: Stay on top of sales industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Process Pro: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities, expanding our partnerships and growing our client base.
About You:
- Recruitment experience at 360 level. Experienced with clients and candidates along with business development is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural at building rapport and trust.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
- A genuine passion for sales and helping people achieve their career aspirations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
