About the role
Work closely with a hands on Head of Department and a closeknit team to co-manage a large, shared portfolio. Your days will be varied and balanced, both in and out of the office, across all aspects of property management.

Duties
• Conduct routines, ingoings and finals
• Manage arrears and maintenance follow up
• Communicate with owners and tenants
• Assist with lease renewals and rent reviews
• Work collaboratively across the PM team

Skills & experience
• SA Property Management registration
• Strong end-to-end PM knowledge
• Ability to prioritise and stay organised
• Confident communication and people skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
