You will be involved in a mix of commercial / corporate and litigation matters:

• Commercial litigation, including alternative dispute resolution (negotiation, mediation, arbitration), business, commercial, intellectual property, contract, equity, finance, building, construction, property and estate disputes
• Corporate (Corporations Act 2001), shareholder and partnership disputes
• Breach of director duties
• Insolvency / Debt recovery

AND

• Commercial mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence;
• Commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation;
• Shareholders / Unitholders / Partnership / Franchise Agreements;
• Joint venture agreements;
• Risk mitigation and avoidance;
• Business structuring;
• Commercial advice to businesses, directors, executives and shareholders.

About you:
They are now seeking an experienced lawyer (from 3 yrs + PAE) to join their team. To be successful in the position you will have excellent communication skills and be experienced with the autonomous and efficient management of files.
