Falcone & Adams Lawyers is a medium sized suburban law firm which employs approximately 30 lawyers and support staff in Melbourne’s outer South Eastern suburbs.

We now have an opportunity for an experienced Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer ideally with 4 years+ post admission experience to join and grow our team.

The successful candidate will work with and manage client files autonomously, have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers whilst being be mentored and supported themselves by senior practitioners.

It is essential the candidate has sound knowledge of the processes, procedures and Rules across the various Courts and Tribunals, as well as exceptional drafting, negotiating and advocacy skills. Our client matters are varied and may include:

• Building & construction disputes
• Commercial, business & partnership disputes
• Property related and retail tenancy disputes
• Breach of agreements
• Recovery of debts
• Employment disputes
• Criminal matters including Intervention Orders

This position is based in our Emerald VIC office with some travel to our Pakenham and Belgrave/Tecoma offices may be required from time to time.
