The Role

We are on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic Property Lawyers on behalf of our boutique client. Joining the firm's Property Team promises to be a rewarding opportunity as you contribute to their ongoing success and expansion. The firm boasts a robust portfolio of high-level property projects, ensuring a steady flow of work to engage and challenge two new legal professionals for the long term. The roles available cover a wide spectrum of Property Law areas, including commercial and industrial sales, property development, and beyond.

Key Requirements for Success

• 2-4 OR 4-6 years plus post admission experience from a reputable law firm. Senior lawyers with practice are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in handling commercial properties, leasing, and major developments.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
• Capacity for innovative thinking and a commercial mindset beyond traditional legal approaches.
