The Role

As the HSE Advisor, you’ll play a hands-on role in building and maintaining a proactive safety culture across a diverse range of projects. You’ll work closely with site teams, offering expert guidance and leadership around WHS processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation and improvement of safety systems across sites
• Keeping up-to-date with WHS legislation and industry best practice
• Conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Delivering toolbox talks, training, and safety education
• Supporting risk identification and developing effective control measures
• Ensuring company policies align with legislative requirements

You’re a confident communicator and natural collaborator who knows how to influence teams and make safety a shared priority.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
• 3+ years of HSE experience in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices
• Current First Aid certification (advantageous)
• A proactive mindset with sharp attention to detail
• The ability to juggle competing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships
