The Role
They are now seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This role will see you managing multiple projects up to the $1 million mark, with the opportunity to transition into larger, more complex projects in the near future.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking full ownership of day-to-day project delivery across a range of HVAC installations
• Managing budget and financial reporting, including cost control, progress claims, and variations
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality
• Ensuring delivery standards align with client expectations and safety compliance
• Reporting directly to the Regional Construction Manager
• Working closely with an experienced, supportive delivery team

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry
• Proven experience delivering mechanical projects within commercial or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction contracts, and project lifecycle management
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
